Jane Davenport Journal

Hello, if you are considering buying a new journal, I can highly recommend this one from Jane Davenport.

The cover is so inspiring and very stroke worthy. It is 9" x 6" inch and the paper/card inside is great quality. In a recent video Jane describes herself as 'a paper snob' and I understand why she says this. One side of the paper is hot press and the other cold or textured and smooth.

There are a few other sizes of journals and notebooks on the website.

The above pages were made last week and came from a day of frustration, hence the fiery tones for her hair. The paint colours in the Petit Palette Watercolours are so rich, a little paint goes along way. The face is a large JD stamp and was coloured mainly with pan pastels.
