A weekend of Colour with Artworkshops
Hello, please grab a coffee as this post is photograph filled from our weekend workshops with Kassa Haylesdon.
We had two projects on the Saturday and one on the Sunday, filled with techniques, colour and products.
Out came the Distress Oxides to play with to make a tags.
After lunch, Kassa talked us through the process of creating our flowers with Impasto Paints. The amount of layers of different media really adds to the tactile effect of the flowers.
Rested and with a few more ladies joining us for the Sunday we all embraced the words and instructions from Kassa. There were many quiet periods of time when everyone was engrossed in their work.
The last photo shows one of the ladies four projects which are beautiful.
If you have the opportunity to take a workshop with Kassa she is so talented and a great teacher.
