Exciting Times Ahead
Hi, it's been extremely busy over at ATP head quarters this week.
The team are preparing for next weekends retreat in Coventry with three highly talented, world known artists.
Finnabair, France Papillon and Marta Lapkowska will be working their magic over the weekend with 90 (yes 90) wonderful ladies, who are travelling from far and wide to learn new techniques, create new projects and indulge themselves in a treat of a weekend.
I was tasked (a really difficult task) with using Finnabairs Impasto Paints and the new Metallic colours this week. Wow!!! The new products will be available soon.
They are a delight to work with, thick creamy and full of pigment.

This canvas was put together a while ago and it has lots of equipment from my sewing room on it.
The blue buttons are coloured with Midnight Sky a stunning dark blue.
The Impasto Paints are mat so to tie them in with the metallics, I spritzed the whole canvas with
Art Ingredients Blue Opal Mica Powder. I used a mix of the colours apart from the Green Apple.
